Another great night at the Tring Festival of Fire
Just under 5,000 people enjoyed another great night at the Tring Festival of Fire last Saturday. Once again the crowd was treated to a spectacular display set off to classical music. Newcomers to the event, Our Friends Electric warmed up the crowd with some fabulous numbers from the 80s and then kept the party going after the last rocket was launched into the night sky. Just wanted to say how amazing tonight was! The fireworks were fantastic and the whole atmosphere of the evening was lovely. I came along with a large group of friends and our children and everyone had a great time. I know how hard work organising these events are so thank you and everyone else involved for your efforts.
Once again, all the money raised will go to support a facility that hosts a variety of sporting activities, much of it aimed at the young people of the town. Thanks to all the volunteers who gave up their time to make it all possible, and to our long standing supporters, The Akeman, Tring Brewery and Tring Park Day Nursery. Looking forward to 2019 already – Saturday November 2nd!
